How to Spend $100 at MAC

If you’re only going to spend $100 here’s how to get your money’s worth.

Cremestick Liner
Cream O’ Spice (or any color that looks good on you)
US$16.00

I love MAC Cremestick lip liners. They apply so smoothly and so pigmented. Get a color that looks good on you and pair it with a lipstick but you can also wear these lip liners  alone.

Studio Finish SPF 35 Concealer
NW42 (get a shade lighter than your face)
US$19.00

This concealer is stiff enough to apply precisely but smooth enough to blend. Its great for brows which require a level of precision liquid concealers just can not do.

Prep + Prime Highlighter
Bright Forecast
US$26.00

Shining is great… metaphorically. In reality glowing is so much sexier.  This gives you a glow without any sparkles or shine.

Eye Shadow
Woodwinked (BEST Shadow)
US$16.00

This has got to be MAC’s best shadow. I don’t know how they did it. I can only describe the color as a special sweet spot between brown gold, plus the feeling of an amazing hair day while wearing your favorite jeans. It reflects light like a metallic but with out any gaudy shimmer. This shadow is great for day or night looks.

Lipstick
Hug Me (or any color you like)
US$16.00

You need a MAC lipstick because its a MAC lipstick. Enough said.

Eye Brow Pencil
Spiked
US$16.00

I love that these pencils are retractable. I hate sharpening pencils and sharpening away product. These are great for giving you soft “no makeup” brows or you can get dramatic.

Total $109.00
